Pathways Enrichment Center was born from a vision—one rooted in faith, purpose, and a deep desire to see people live fuller, stronger, and more meaningful lives.
In 1995, the late Dr. Norva Ross founded Pathways with a calling to inspire, teach, and train individuals to enhance their potential in every area of life. She believed that people needed more than resources—they needed guidance, encouragement, and opportunity.
What began as a vision quickly turned into action.
By November 2000, Pathways had launched impactful mentoring and youth outreach tutorial programs, creating safe spaces for young people to learn, grow, and be supported. From the very beginning, Pathways was never just about programs—it was about people.

The name “Pathways” represents the many roads each individual must walk toward total enrichment and wellness—of the body, mind, and spirit.
